Who is Rades

Rades is a Sense Defender character, and one of the Defenders in the SSR Reroll summon. He is a great choice, and although he is slightly lacking when compared to Mars when it comes to PvE content, he is a beast when it comes to tearing people up in PvP. Here is how to build him.
