I play DPS and as it is now I have all my heroes on different sensitivities, such as McCree is at 4.20, my soldier at 4.25, my Widow at 4.35 and Hanzo at 4.50, do you recommend I try and switch to having all of them on the same sensitivity or is keeping them like this fine? Obviously for tanks and Genji and Tracer they are on even more different sensitivities but for all the more aim based heroes is it better to have all of them on the same sensitivity?

Thoughts on the benefits of 240 hz vs 144 hz?

@stevetheripper Studies have shown that while the human eye can record up to 1000hz, beyond 150hz, the human brain loses the ability to tell the difference in frame rate. While you can very accurately judge framerates below 150, once past that threshold, your accuracy at detecting framerate breaks down. The studies showed the participants were not able to notice a difference from about 160fps all the way up to around 800-900fps. Any difference you can perceive is simply confirmation bias. So I would not spend money on a 240hz monitor, as the difference would be minimal and you're really just buying into marketing upselling. (They also do a lot of marketing shenanigans to make the monitor LOOK like 'better' picture without actually increasing the fps.)

@ravenwolfxiii any advice on getting a 144hz computer? I got a 50hz computer and wanna upgrade to a 144hz but dont know about price much

@dason.hrynkiw Research around; the price is variable because screen size is also a huge part of price as well. The one thing you wanna make sure of is that your HDMI cable itself is a 2.0 HDMI; the 1.0 and 1.4 cables won't transmit at 144hz.

Hey coach Mills, I am an African player that plays on 190-200 ping average, does that massively contribute to my aiming mechanics? If so, do you have any tips that can help me cope with my latency while trying to become god-like at aiming mechanics? I play on console.
