Can You Play Zenless Zone Zero on PS5

Zenless Zone Zero will be launching later this year and given that it’s the brand new game under the massive developer HoYoverse a ton of people are keeping their eyes on its release.

Given that some other of HoYoverse’s titles such as Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail have made their way over to PlayStation, players can’t help but wonder if ZZZ will also be making its way to the console.

Yes, Zenless Zone Zero will be available to play on PlayStation 5.

During the PlayStation State of Play 2024 it was announced that Zenless Zone Zero will be receiving a PlayStation 5 release alongside its PC and Mobile versions.

This means that players wanting to play the game on PS5 will be able to do so. However, it is still unknown whether cross-progression will be a thing, that is something that gamers who play on both PC and PS5 will have to take into consideration before downloading the game on their PlayStation when it releases.

ZZZ Release Date for PS5

There is still no exact release date for Zenless Zone Zero. All that is known is that the game is set to release later this year.

Despite this we cannot say for certain if the PC and Mobile release date will be the same as the PS5 release date. 

If we take Honkai: Star Rail for example, that game took a number of months before it eventually launched on PS5 leaving a lot of players with a bad taste in their mouth. 

We can only hope that the same does not happen with ZZZ and that its PS5 release will be the same as the PC and mobile one, however, that is still uncertain.
