The Marvel Rivals version 20261022 update dropped on October 22, 2026 at 09:00 UTC with no server downtime, so you could just patch and play. Its headline addition is Path to Doomsday - Avengers: Endgame, a limited-time mode with a free Captain America costume up for grabs.

New Mode: Path to Doomsday - Avengers: Endgame

Thanos from the past has breached the timeline, leading his forces to tear the cosmos apart and forge it anew. With the restored timeline hanging in the balance, the heroes have no choice but to fight. Join the battle to earn Captain America's The Winter Soldier costume and other rewards for free.

The event period runs from October 22, 2026 at 09:00 UTC to November 26, 2026 at 09:00 UTC. The mode officially starts on October 24 (UTC) and runs for four consecutive weeks, with limited sessions each week based on this schedule (all times UTC):

• Session 1: October 24, 01:00 - 03:00
• Session 2: October 24, 10:00 - 12:00
• Session 3: October 24, 18:00 - 20:00

Times Square: Avengers: Endgame

Two Avengers: Endgame activities are live in Times Square from October 22, 2026 at 09:00 UTC until November 26, 2026 at 09:00 UTC:

• Highlights Screening: head to the viewing area to watch iconic clips from the film. Watch continuously for two minutes to unlock the exclusive Gallery Card - Avengers: Endgame.
• Iconic Scenes Photo Ops: visit the photo walls outside the Avengers' Gift Shop and take a group photo with the NPCs there to instantly earn 100 Units.

Fixes and Optimizations

Heroes

• Black Cat's Portal Paws: fixed an issue where Black Cat could occasionally be unable to use portals on walls immediately after casting Fortune's Favor - Phantom Pursuit.
• Black Widow's Bite Bounce: addressed an issue where Black Widow would experience abnormal directional shifting when using her Widow's Bite Slam.
• Hawkeye's Invisible Quiver: fixed a visual glitch where Hawkeye's hands appeared completely empty when switching from his Psionic Arrow to his standard arrows.

Other

• Team Wipe Tally: addressed a bug in Competitive mode where a Team Wipe wouldn't correctly count towards ACE! achievements if a player on the opposing team had already quit the match.
• Ronin's Radar Sense: fixed an SFX glitch that occurred when using The Punisher's Dangan Ronin costume together with his Daredevil Team-Up.
• Hawkeye's Psionic Silence: corrected an audio bug with the Psylocke Team-Up when the Senbonzakura Strike charge state was canceled.
• Premature MVP Celebration: fixed an issue where the wrong MVP animation could occasionally play if you swapped heroes mid-round and the opposing team surrendered.
• Sorcerer Supreme's Stitching: polished Doctor Strange's Avengers: Infinity War costume to fix minor model clipping issues.
• Vampire King's Edge: adjusted Blade's Vampire King costume to fix the abnormal blade edge direction on the showcase screen.
• Asgardian Tailoring: smoothed out minor model clipping and animation hiccups on Thor's The Avengers costume.
