Eleventh Hour Games

Last Epoch Patch 1.5.2 is a small update, published by the developer on Steam on October 7, 2026. It tweaks Rage of Morditas, Lightning Blast and the Merchant's Guild Bazaar, then spends most of its notes on bug fixes across all classes.

We will go over every notable change in Patch 1.5.2, from the balance and quality of life updates to the class-by-class fixes.

Last Epoch 1.5.2 Highlights

  • Rage of Morditas: the Bloodrage buff Revitalizing Rage no longer applies to characters with effects that grant ward per missing health.
  • Lightning Blast: it no longer chains to breakable objects, unless the total number of chains exceeds the number of non-breakable targets.
  • Bazaar: the minimum amount for automatic price lowering is now 1g, down from 500g.
  • Quality of life: new notification icons, new Rage of Morditas button sprites and a harbinger available icon in the Nexus UI for each timeline.

Rage of Morditas, Skills and Merchant's Guild

  • Rage of Morditas: the Bloodrage buff, Revitalizing Rage, will no longer be applied to characters that have effects that grant ward per missing health.
  • Skills: Lightning Blast will no longer chain to breakable objects, unless the total number of chains exceeds the number of non-breakable targets.
  • Merchant's Guild: the minimum amount for automatic price lowering in the Bazaar is now 1g, down from 500g.

Quality of Life

  • Updated success and error notification icons.
  • Updated Rage of Morditas button sprites.
  • Added a harbinger available icon in the Nexus UI for each timeline.
  • Updated SFX for Nexus UI.

Class Skill Fixes

Acolyte

  • Bone Curse: the skill tree descriptions for Defile Defenses and Crippling Anguish now say when their effects apply.
  • Summon Wraiths: minions spawned at the cursor location by default instead of near the player. This is fixed.
  • Chthonic Fissure: fixed the Chthonic Passage node, where the Acolyte looked like she animates in place and then moves.
  • Harvest: rapid casts via high attack speeds or in party play could make its scythe visuals increase over time. This is fixed.
  • Drain Life: the Malignant Discharge node had no effect unless the Virulence node was also allocated. This is fixed.

Rogue

  • Dreamslash: with the Nightmare Steel node, shadows that copy Dreamslash now aim towards the player's cursor, rather than the end point of the player's Dreamslash.
  • Dive Bomb: visuals occurred faster than intended after multiple casts with the Rushing Wings node allocated. This is fixed.
  • Detonating Arrow: it wasn't updating correctly when Jelkhor's Blast Knife was equipped or unequipped. This is fixed.

Primalist

  • Entangling Roots: the visuals for the Rooted condition persisted longer than intended after multiple casts with the Entrapped node allocated. This is fixed.
  • Summon Tide Elemental: the Lightning conversion node description now mentions that it does not take effect if the wind conversion node has already been taken.
  • Upheaval: in offline mode at certain frame rates, casting it could leave it stuck in place. This is fixed.

Sentinel

  • Shield Bash: Kindling effects are now applied to indirectly triggered casts.
  • Shield Rush: it could fail to restore mana when used repeatedly with Mana Memory. This is fixed.
  • Void Cleave: it no longer shows a physical damage icon in the skills panel.
  • Radiant Lance: reliquaries now share a single minion icon with a counter instead of each showing a separate icon with a health bar.
  • Smelter's Wrath: the Circle conversion node no longer lets you move the decal when spinning.

Mage

  • Runic Invocation: the visuals of Plasma Orb (Fire, Lightning, Fire) now match the damage location.
  • Flame Rush: Breath of Fire now requires a point in Guidance of Flames before it can be allocated.

Item, Campaign and Monolith Fixes

  • The "chance to apply Marked for Death on block" corruption affix could trigger on hits that were not blocked, and in some cases apply Marked for Death to the player. This is fixed.
  • Chorus of the Anurok: in offline mode, Anuroks would fail to spawn until you summoned another minion. This is fixed.
  • Harbinger Needles no longer keep filling their slot after being consumed until the player moves to a new scene.
  • The Increased Mana and Mana Regen affix no longer shows a number instead of its name in the forge.
  • Caretaker's Regrowth: its Entangling Roots modifier is now affected by sources of increased area within Entangling Roots's tree.
  • Stygian Coal: it now displays a value for its "increased Stygian Beam frequency per point of intelligence" effect again.
  • Campaign: fixed a freeze effect while riding the chain elevator, and fixed a transition in Liath's Tower.
  • Monolith: Demigod's Ascendance no longer shows a leaver penalty in the echo tooltip. This was only a UI change, and it never applied a penalty.

Rage of Morditas, Enemy and Merchant's Guild Fixes

  • Potions spawned by Revitalizing Rage and mines spawned by Coalescing Rage now spawn within reach.
  • Weavers Will items now gain progress by killing enemies in the gauntlet phase of Rage of Morditas events.
  • Rage of Morditas encounters no longer spawn far from the player spawn in offline mode.
  • The Baroness Boss no longer T-poses during death or when attacking.
  • Boss enemies no longer keep summons and damaging abilities after their death.
  • The Swollen Corpse Champion now shows its rightful name: Lord of Entrails.
  • Gorilla enemies now line up the timing of their ground pound attacks with their animation.
  • Merchant's Guild: swapping stall type via the dropdown works when there is also an item in the listing container, and the mouse scroll wheel scrolls the filter UI consistently.

UI and Controller Fixes

  • The Passives menu now remembers the last tree you had open instead of defaulting to the base class tree.
  • Duplicate notifications are no longer displayed, for example if you proc the same prophecy back to back rapidly.
  • The prophecy charge gained notification is removed, because the HUD tracker handles it better with less visual noise.
  • Merchant's Guild: the price lowering summary now formats as currency, and tax and price lowering summaries are added to the list item confirmation modal.
  • Controller: pressing and releasing the interaction button too quickly no longer triggers a double interaction in the Stash or Echo Web, and you can now pick a reason to report a player using a gamepad.
  • Fixed empty boxes in the German Weaver Idol Enchanter help text.
  • Affix shard quantities are visible again in the crafting materials window.

Other Changes

  • Made a variety of adjustments to text in non-English languages.
  • Acolytes no longer hold staffs and spears incorrectly on the character select screen.
  • Fixed an issue causing some stereo assets to play back as mono.
  • Increased projectile smoothness in offline mode.

And that covers the main changes in Last Epoch Patch 1.5.2. You can read the full official notes on the Steam news page. If you are new to the game, our guides to Last Epoch dungeons and farming Exsanguinous are good places to continue.
