This list covers 7 Uncommon Champions you might easily overlook as a new player. Instead of sacrificing these Champs in your Tavern, level them instead, and they'll pay you back in buckets. Let's begin!
Best Uncommon Champs in RAID: Shadow Legends
First off, why level Uncommon Champions at all? Aren't they just flat-out worse than Rares and Epics?
- Uncommon Champions are very easy to farm multiple copies of, making it far easier to level up their skills in the Tavern
- Some Uncommons, such as Armiger, might struggle in most content, but dominate in specific dungeons like Spider's Den or Fire Knight's Castle
- Use powerful Uncommons to flesh out your Faction Wars Teams, which you can only play using Champions of the same faction background, e.g. Dark Elf, Sacred Order, or Orcs.

Outlander
- Affinity: Spirit
- Type: Attack
- Recommended Gear: Stun and Accuracy, or Crit and Attack
- How to Get: Farmable in Campaign Stage 9.
Outlander's strength lies in his adaptability. He can lead the charge for your Arena team in Crit and Attack gear, decimating enemies with his A2 before they can react, or he can act as a control specialist when equipped in Stun gear.
Shieldguard
- Affinity: Spirit
- Type: Defense
- Recommended Gear: Defense and Life, or Defense and Stun
- How to Get: Farmable in Campaign Stage 9.
Shieldguard's skills scale up in damage depending on his DEF stat, making him a monster in Defense gear. That said, as with many Champions with strong multi-target attacks, Shieldguard is a versatile Champ that can just as easily use Stun or even Crit gear to great effect.

Zephyr Sniper
- Affinity: Spirit
- Type: Defense
- Recommended Gear: Speed and Stun, or Defense and Accuracy
- How to Get: Found in Mystery Shards
Of all the Uncommon Champs on this list, Zephyr Sniper is by far the most versatile, able to take up the role of tank in the Spider's Den or the role of controller everywhere else. She's a true testament to the hidden power in some Uncommons!
Elfguard
- Affinity: Spirit
- Type: Attack
- Recommended Gear: Speed and Relentless, or Attack and Crit
- How to Get: Farmable in Campaign Stage 6.
Elfguard excels when pitted against single foes with huge health bars. Elfguard's A2, Impale, reduces current enemy Turn Meters by 50% on a 2-turn cooldown when fully upgraded. She finds most success in Fire Knight's Castle, Iron Twins Fortress, and Phantom Shogun's Grove.

Satyr
- Affinity: Spirit
- Type: HP
- Recommended Gear: Life and Defense
- How to Get: Farmable in Campaign Stage 4.
Satyr takes some work to level and bring online, but when he does, his ability to slow enemies and reduce their Turn Meter is invaluable. He excels far more than any Uncommon should in Iron Twins Fortress, Phantom Shogun's Grove, Faction Wars, and even Arena.
Armiger
- Affinity: Spirit
- Type: Defense
- Recommended Gear: Defense and Life
- How to Get: Found in Mystery Shards
Right beside Zephyr Sniper, Armiger is the master tank of the Spider's Den dungeon. His A2's ability to scale up in damage based on his target's maximum HP make Armiger equally powerful in Fire Knight's Castle, Ice Golem's Peak, and more.

Saurus
- Affinity: Spirit
- Type: Attack
- Recommended Gear: Crit, Offense, and Accuracy
- How to Get: Farmable in Campaign Stage 10.
Of every Uncommon Champ in RAID, Saurus might just be the best Campaign farmer. With both of his abilities hitting all enemies, it's no wonder that this lizard can blast through Campaign Stages like no other. He also scales well into Spider's Den for killing off the endless tide of spiderlings!
