Hades 2: How to Upgrade Arcana Cards

How to Upgrade Arcana Cards in Hades 2
Supergiant Games

In Hades 2, you can upgrade the Arcana Cards to make them more powerful, however, the resources needed to do so can be quite tricky to obtain. We will go over how you can unlock the option to upgrade them as well as how to gather the needed resources.

You will first have to complete the Consecration of Ashes Incantation at the Cauldron in the Crossroads. To do, you will need 6 Ash, 1 Cinder, and 6 Fate Fabric. Once completed, you can now select an Arcana Card and upgrade it if you have enough Moon and Star Dust.

There are several ways you can obtain both of these reagents, although it might cost you a lot of materials. Here are all of the available ways you can obtain Moon Dust and Star Dust in Hades 2:

  • Rewarded from Dungeon Runs
  • Charon's Shop/ Charon's Chest
  • Wretched Broker (You can trade in Bones for Moon Dust)
  • Alchemy (You can use the Cauldron at the Crossroads to concoct certain recipes)

And that is everything you need to know about the Arcana Cards in Hades 2 as well as how you can upgrade them. Please keep in mind that you have a limited supply of Grasp (the resource that limits how many Arcana cards you can have active) so you need to pick only the best of the best for your runs.
