Fortnite: Is Zero Build Getting Removed?

A lot of players are running worried about whether Epic Games will remove Zero Build from Fortnite. It seems that a lot of controversy surrounding this topic has a lot of people wondering whether there is any truth to the claim that Fortnite will no longer have Zero Build.

Zero Build quickly became a fan staple and core game mode in Fortnite, but some recent rumors shared on the internet have quickly gained traction, ultimately leaving players divided on what to trust and believe.

What is Zero Build in Fortnite?

To put it simply, Zero Build is a separate game mode from the typical Battle Royale where you can gather resources, build walls and other building blocks to help you win shootouts or simply establish a small fortified base from which you can safely target down the remaining players.

Zero Build, however, removes the building aspect of the game. Instead, players need to solely focus on aiming without having to worry if they can build as fast and as efficiently as more veteran players. Due to this, Zero Build is vastly preferred for newer players who are just getting into the game or if you are tired of playing against sweaty builders who can build up a tower in a matter of seconds.

The mode itself has amassed quite a large player base, leaving Epic Games quite happy with offering the option to provide a fun experience for anyone who enjoys playing Fortnite. 

Will Fortnite Remove Zero Build?

The short answer is 'No'. Fortnite will keep Zero Build as an available game mode in Fortnite as a lot of players have provided positive feedback, given how fun it can be to just focus on shooting people instead of having to build and dodge bullets at the same time meticulously. 

Zero Build has become quite a successful game mode, harboring a ton of new players as well as its own tournaments so it will be quite easy to say that Zero Build is here to stay.

Although these rumors were spread as a part of an April Fool's prank, some players are still unaware if Epic Games truly intends to remove Zero Build from Fortnite, but luckily, we now know just how appreciated Zero Build is, and it's not going anywhere anytime soon.
