Winner: G2
A rather calm early game although Execute face checked and died to Caps, RGE was able to gank BrokenBlade several times on his immobile Cho'Gath as SkewMond was not in the right place at the right time. Adam and Malrang simply ran circles around G2 whilst Labrov and Hans Sama tried their hardest to stabilize the game state and look for some picks.
Although RGE seemed more cohesive when it comes to individual picks and punishing proactive plays from G2, the gold lead steadily started increasing in G2's favor, allowing them to grab turrets, Atakhan and Baron. Although SkewMond seemed clunky this game, Caps was able to effectively waste enemy utility and through these micro advantages, the overall macro of the team seemed almost perfect. After a final siege, G2 was able to claim victory in this Bo1 as RGE seemed ever closer to not making it to Playoffs once more.
