LoL 14.4 Patch PBE Datamine: Rek'Sai, Bard, K'Sante and Support Item Changes
We will be taking a look at the most recent PBE datamine for League of Legend's next patch
With Patch 14.3 now live, we already have information for the upcoming update coming to League of Legends.
Although these changes might not be final, it seems Rioters are looking at adjusting Rek'Sai, K'Sante and Bard, along with balancing Support Items.
We will go through all of the changes in this recent datamine to see what we can expect in the next League of Legends balance change update.
LoL Patch 14.4 PBE Champion Changes
Bard
Base Stats
- Armor Growth: 5.2 ⇒ 5.0
- Base Attack Speed Ratio Growth: 0.625 ⇒ 0.658
Traveler's Call (Passive)
- Meep Damage: 35 + 14 per 5 Chimes (+30% AP) ⇒ 35 + 10 per 5 Chimes (+40% AP)
Cosmic Binding (Q)
- Damage: 80-260 (+65% AP) ⇒ 80-240 (+80% AP)
K'Sante
Base Stats
- Base Health : 570 ⇒ 610
Path Maker (W)
- Damage Resistance Scaling: 50% ⇒ 60%
- All Out Minimum Charge Time: 0.5s ⇒ 0.75 (shares same cooldown as default W)
Footwork (E)
- Ground Target Dash Speed: 1500 ⇒ 1000
- Ally Target Dash Speed: 1800 ⇒ 1700
- All Out Ground Target Dash Speed: 2100 ⇒ 1600

Base Stats
- Health Growth: 99 ⇒ 105
- Health Regeneration: 7.5 + 0.65 ⇒ 5.0 + 0.5

Fury of the Xer'sai
- NEW: Generates 0.5x Fury from Minions
- Total Healing From 100 Fury: Base 10 Removed / HP Scaling: 2%-10% (per level) ⇒ 12%-20% (per level)
Queen's Wrath (Q Unburrowed)
- NEW: Grants 45% Attack Speed While Active
Prey Seeker (Q Burrowed)
- Damage Type: Physical ⇒ Magic
- Damage: 60-200 ⇒ 50-170
- Base AD Scaling: 50% ⇒ 25%
- Cooldown: 12s-10s ⇒ 10s constant
Burrow (W)
- Bonus Speed: 5/10/15 at 1/6/11 ⇒ 5-25 by spell rank

- No Longer Reduces Attack Range to 75

- Movement Speed Buff: 90 Flat Speed Decaying Over 4s ⇒ 30% Movement Speed Decaying Over 3s
- Healing: 120 Constant ⇒ 7% Target HP
Zaz'Zak's Realmspike
- Damage: 50 + 15% AP + 3% Target HP ⇒ 20 + 20% AP + 4% Target HP
- Cooldown: 9s-6s (per level 1-18) ⇒ 8/7/6s at 1/11/16
And that about wraps it up in terms of stat changes that have been datamined so far. Please keep in mind that these adjustments might be a result of Rioters testing and experimenting to see what will stick.
Should there be any new information, we will make sure to update you accordingly. Patch 14.4 is far looking to be the Rek'Sai patch given how many changes have been implemented so far.
