LEGO Fortnite v29.00: Lego Kits, Outfits, Bug Fixes & More

Exciting news for LEGO Fortnite fans! The popular building game is unveiling even more ways to construct your ideal LEGO world with the launch of update v29.00 this week on March 8th. Most notably, for the first time ever, premium LEGO kits will become available inspired by popular Fortnite locations and iconic LEGO sets. LEGO Fortnite v29.00 Update: Iconic Location LEGO Kits

Starting March 9th, the LEGO Fortnite item shop will begin offering building kits themed around legendary OG Fortnite locations like:

• Beachside Boulevard - 1,900 V-Bucks
• Durrr Burger - 2,000 V-Bucks
• Lion Knights’ Castle - 2,500 V-Bucks

Each kit contains multiple pre-made builds and dozens of unique decor items to customize your villages. For example, the Beachside Boulevard bundle provides 7 builds and 44 beach-themed decoration pieces to craft the perfect tropical oasis. Meanwhile, the Durrr Burger Bundle has three builds and 41 decor items. Last but not least, the Lion Knight's Castle bundle will give you 10 builds and 64 decor items

Builders can visit up to 8 friends’ worlds per week to showcase their new LEGO creations as well.

More Outfits Get a LEGO Makeover in LEGO Fortnite

Alongside the building kits, in v29.00 update, 10 fan-favorite Fortnite characters are being converted into LEGO minifigures. This is the full list of the outfits so far:

• Brite Agent
• Burnout
• Chomp Sr
• Hime
• Marshmello
• Maven
• Spider Knight
• Toxic Trooper
• Vertex

Old-school skins like Beach Bomber, Burnout, Chomp Sr and more are getting a blocky upgrade. Even legendary musicians like Marshmello join the LEGO fun.

Bug Fixes and Adjustments in v29.00 Update

Update v29.00 also introduces some key bug fixes and adjustments to improve the overall LEGO Fortnite experience.

Notably, placed builds should break far less frequently, especially inside caves. Additionally, players can now walk on staircases smoothly while their LEGO sidekick villagers follow behind.

Crashes are also reduced when exiting cave areas, enhancing stability across the board. This allows builders to focus on unleashing their creativity rather than troubleshooting issues.

The LEGO Group confirms even more free builds, building parts, and decoration items will be added to LEGO Fortnite over time. Epic Games also teased that the long-requested steering wheels are planned for a separate update later this month!
