What Does Vaulted & Unvaulted Mean in Fortnite?
We'll explain this as simple as we can. 'Vaulted' means the weapon in question won't be available in the game anymore. However, after some time it can be 'unvaulted', meaning it can return to Fortnite Reload.
Unvaulted Weapons in Fortnite Reload
Fortnite Reload is getting back a solid mix of shotguns, SMGs, and rifles, plus a few mobility tools:
- Infiltrator Pump Shotgun
- Flowberry
- Heavy Sniper Rifle
- Revolver
- Crash Pad Jr.
- Tactical SMG
- Infantry Rifle
- Combat AR
- Kinetic Blade
- Prime Shotgun
Vaulted Weapons in Fortnite Reload
On the flip side, some pretty neat weapons won't be available. There's a chance they can return:
- Maven Auto Shotgun
- Charge Shotgun
- Heavy AR
- Havoc Suppressed AR
- Mammoth Pistol
- Suppressed Pistol
- Suppressed SMG
What This Means for the Meta
You might be wondering what this hotfix means for the state of the game. Epic Games is making a shift toward high mobility and aggressive playstyles. With the return of the Tactical SMG, Infantry Rifle, and Prime Shotgun, expect faster engagements and fewer drawn-out Fortnite fights. If you relied on the Havoc Suppressed AR or Suppressed SMG, it’s time to change your strategy.
Conclusion
With 10 added weapons and 7 removed, things in Fortnite Reload are changing. We hope you're pleasantly surprised by this hotfix. Stay tuned and check out the rest of our Fortnite content.
