These tips are absolutely genius. I never knew about these tips and know I have something that can keep me calm and avoid frustration. Even wrote it all down in my notes in case I forget about this lesson. Excellent video ^^

Thank you very much for a very helpful video. The part the helped me the most is "Dont look at your SR, play for fun"

Try playing with a friend who is very good at staying calm. It's much easier to get over frustrations when you see an example of it first hand in my experience. Just talk through it and keep on rolling.

You said Zenyatta/Roadhog dont need that much communication but i find zenyatta requiring calls as discords are a big part of his kit and i find playing whit a zen that calls his discord 100 times better as i play dps and can focus a discorded target it is easier to look for the hero that was called instead of panning out the enemys to see wich one has discord so that you can call the zens discord and get everybody to melt the discorded enemy player. Roadhog also bery beneficial to have voice comms for every hook you do so your team helps you kill the target if it is a tank or if you have no ammo but see a really good hook and have teammates nearby to finish it. If you play hog on a solo mindset ignoring your team and their goals and only hooking 1 shot targets its understandable but still i dont think its very great.

I kind of have a tendency to rage a lot (rip my keyboard, mouse, and desk). This video is really what should set my mind to not rage.

One thing that helped me a lot, is meditate, it make me feel more calm e accept bad things easily. And the best thing is it will help you in game and in your real life.

SR is just a tool to see which people should be on the enemy team, the higher the SR, the more difficult the enemies. If you can't beat the enemies you are facing, it won't give you more difficult once, hence a higher SR

Morale is important. I was in a group earlier today with 4 friends and it was going great. We were on a nice winning streak when we ran into one a-hole who for no reason started arguing with one of my friends before the match even started. He got so bad we call muted, blocked, and reported him. Then he proceeded to just sit in the spawn and not heal anyone. Leading to a lose and after that everyone was so upset they had to step away from the game to calm down and that was the end of an otherwise great playing session.
