Just a little curious, someone please correct me if I misheard it but that 30-30-30 rule, where does the other 10% go in that equation?

The 30/30/30 idea is really neat and I never really considered it that way before!

I just found it so difficult to stay positive when I picked support heroes (mostly Ana or Baptiste) and received verbal abuse and blame constantly. In fact, I usually tried very hard to make contributions to my teams, and I believe I often had far more kill participation counts than my deaths. But whenever my teammates die, I got tons of hates from voice and text channels, and of course, there is no endorsement after gameplay. Plus, these comments have affected me both in and outside of the game. Thus, I'm wondering: What can I do to prevent the negative influence of abuses? Also, since I pick healers only for the sake of my teammates, I wonder whether it's better to ignore hundreds of hours I've spent on healers and play heroes I'm interested in instead (though I may be bad at them)?

THIS DOES NOT HELP IN GOLD/PLAT!!!!!!!! I was in a game and all I did was ask for my tank partner to come stay with me, and got immediately flamed by 4 out of the 5 players on my team. The Overwatch community at low elo is absolute GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!

Kinda hard to stay calm when someone is literally calling you a fucking piece of shit who needs to uninstall simply because you missed one shot in the beginning of the match. That happen today. I ended up saying fuck you too and existed the match to play on my alt account. i have like 5 alt accounts so suspensions and bans don't bother me anymore.

I really like the 30/30/30 mindset. Good to remember that you ARE going to lose at times, but take advantage of the moments where you can make a change. Don't sweat the losses.

Thank you these are great tips! I think the hardest thing for me is accepting that I will lose some games. The 30-30-30 rule really helps understand that!
