i'm pretty sure that one of the reasons that nobody uses that last spot you showed us on first point rialto is if you need to be healed there, one of two things must be done. Either you drop down behind that spot and get the health pack, which requires you to use the grapple cooldown to get back on that high ground quickly, or your healers must turn their attention away from the frontlines toward you in order to heal you.
