V Rising: All Waygate Locations

Let’s take a look at where you can find all the Waygate locations in V Rising so you can get around faster.

V Rising has a huge map and it can take a long time to get from one end to the other. As you are building up your castle and trying to find resources, you will need some way to travel with speed across each region. The Waygates are one way to do this. Hidden in Vardoran are multiple portals called Waygates. You can use them to teleport across the map and find new bosses or materials.

Be aware that if you want to use the Waygates in V Rising, you will need to go searching for them. When you get close enough, they will activate and you will be able to teleport as much as you like. But first, you need to know where they are and that is what we are here for.

All Waygate Locations in V Rising

You will need to be at a Waygate to teleport to another so it would be wise to build one at your castle. Before you can do so, you have to find and defeat Polora the Feywalker, a level 35 V Blood boss in the Gleaming Meadows. Then as soon as you have collected the required materials, you can construct your own Waygate. You will need:

4 Grave Dust
12 Stone Brick
20 Gem Dust
100 Blood Essence

As you collect the resources, you should be on the lookout for other Waygates in V Rising. Here is a list of all the regions and where you can find the Waygates.

Farbane Woods has four Waygates hidden away. You can see their locations in the image above.

As you exit the tutorial map, you will be given the option between entering Vardoran from the east or the west Waygate. These are the first two you will find in V Rising. The third is due south of the Bandit Armory where you will encounter the level 27 Boss, Greyson the Armourer.

The fourth and final Waygate in Farbane Woods is west of the Dreaded Peak, not far from the Bandit Trapper Camp. Nearby, you can find Keely the Frost Archer, a level 20 boss so be careful.

In the Dunley Farmlands, you will find another four Waygates. They seem to be located at the four corners of the region which can come in handy when you use them for fast travel.

The first is directly between the Dunley Monactary and Bedrock Pass, due west of the Farmer’s Market. The second Waygate is south of Mosswick Village and a little to the east. These two Waygates are on the left side of the region. Let’s see where you can find the other two on the right side.

There is a path that runs from the Cotton Farm to the Bastion of Dunley. Directly to the east of that path, you will find the next Waygate. Head south from here and past Dawnbreak Village to find the final Waygate in Dunley Farmlands. It’s next to a Militia Encampment.

There is only one Waygate in the Hallowed Mountains. As you can see in the image above, you can find it directly next to the path from Dunley Farmlands. This Waygate is easy to find and will give you quick access to the Hallowed Mountains in V Rising.

Like the Hallowed Mountains, there is only one Waygate in Silverlight Hills. As you enter the region from Dunley Farmlands, follow the road until you reach a large crossroads. Head north and then to the left after you cross the water. You will find the Waygate nearby.

Be careful in this area. You can find the level 66 boss Sir Magnus the Overseer at the Sacred Silver Mine which is very close to the Waygate.

All Waygate Locations in Cursed Forest in V Rising

You will find two Waygates in the Cursed Forest region of V Rising. The first is located as soon as you enter the Cursed Forest from Dunley Farmlands. It is just to the east of the path.

The second is far to the east. You will find it next to the edge of the map. If you are near an Ancient Village, you know you are in the right location. That is both Waygates in the Cursed Forest region. This area is not for beginners as all enemies are more powerful.

There are three Waygates in Gloomrot. While V Rising does split it into two regions, for ease, we have kept them together in this guide. The only Waygate in the Gloomrot South is next to the entrance to the region. It is directly southeast of Rustlock Village.

The other two Waygates are located in Gloomrot North. If you are traveling from Silverlight Hills, you will find the first just to the right of the path. The second Waygate in Gloomrot North is to the west of the Trancendum Power Plant and Thunderstrike Peak. Gloomrot is another difficult region so be aware that the bosses in the area will be challenging.
