Apex Legends: Alter - New Season 21 Leaked Legend

The next season of Apex Legends is coming. It will arrive on May 7. The shooter might not be as popular as it once was but it is still one of the most viewed battle royale games on Twitch. While we wait for the next season to start, we can speculate on what is coming and look into leaks that reveal a new S20 Legend. 

When the developers released Season 20, many fans weren't happy that there wasn't a new Legend on the roster. It seems Respawn Entertainment has listened to our thoughts and has created Alter. 

Who is Alter in Apex Legends?

According to leaks by Osvaldatore on X, Alter will be a Legend with powers like Wraith. Considering this is information obtained from leaks we have no idea what the lore behind Alter is. We do know the new Legend has some connection to the void so fans expect there will be some relationship to Wraith or possibly Ash.

Alter also seems to have some robotics. It looks like her left arm is synthetic and the leaked image shows a pink metal tail. Fans are eager to see if these aspects of Alter will show in her playstyle.

We also have no idea if the name Alter will remain as we have no official confirmation from Respawn Entertainment. Alter may be simply a codename. Only time will tell.

Alter's Leaked Abilities for Apex Legends Season 21

Leaked information states that Alter will be a Skirmisher. This will give her the class perk of being able to scan any Care Packages nearby. Let's take a look at her unique skills and how they might change your future gameplay.

Passive - Gift from the Rift

Alter's Gift from the Rift will give you the chance to obtain one item from any death box remotely. The only condition is that the object you choose may not be armor of any kind. 

Tactical - Void's Passage

Void Passage will create a two-way portal through surfaces, giving you instant access to buildings or for a quick escape. This will almost immediately change how players will be able to play Zone. No room is secure if this Tactical is correct.

Ultimate - Void Nexus

The Void Nexus ability will give you the chance to control whole battles. It creates a regroup point where your whole team can remotely activate. It pulls them through the void in an instant retreat or attack. It might not be as strong as Revenant's old Ultimate but fans have seen the similarities already. 

We will have to wait for Respawn Entertainment to confirm the leaked information before we can start to plan our future games. However, it seems another face will be joining Apex Legends next season. Only time will tell if Alter has some connection to Wraith or even Revenant with the similarities with their Ultimates.
